- For the tour that you book the guide only, kindly understand that the transportation and lunch fees for yourself and the guide will be paid by the customer.
- Hotel meetup inside the Old Quarter. This is considered to be the best location for tourists.
We had booked a privately arranged trip with Nhung aka Rose and we had an awesome time! We were travelling with our 83yr old Mother who had some mobility issues and she planned our tour accordingly. Rose had a great understanding and knowledge of her culture and history plus her communication in English was excellent. Rose took care of us very well, especially my Mother, and her food choices were remarkable. Only regret is we didn't stay longer in Hanoi to continue touring with Rose.

Rose took us on a tour of Hanoi. She is fabulous. She is warm and friendly, her English is excellent and her storytelling as well. She is full of knowledge and knows much about the history of this country. She took us efficiently to all the sites, as well as on a food tour . All in all our experience with her was fantastic. When I first arrived in Hanoi, my preferred mode of transportation would be walk or use a Grab car to go from point A to B. When I started the tour, it was a bit rocky for me to keep my balance, as I wasn't very familiar with motorbikes. However, I had nothing to worry about, as Nhung was a safe driver.If anything, the motorbike tours have not only improved my confidence but also enhanced my overall mindset and experience in Vietnam. Now, I can't get enough of using a Grab bike instead of a car. During the food tour with Nhung, I found one of the best banh mi in Hanoi, which I hadn't found anywhere else during my travels in Vietnam.

Nhung gave us the absolute best tour of Hanoi. We ate wonderful Vietnamese food & went to many historical sites and went to train street! She was flexible with our many requests and just provided an overall excellent experience. Would recommend her 1000 times.
